Terms of Use
Last updated: October 27, 2026
By using Nonnio you accept these terms. They supplement Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
1. The publisher
Nonnio is published by Léa Jargeau (Sole proprietor (French micro-business), SIRET 904 471 869 00027, France). Contact: contact@nonnio.com.
2. The service
Nonnio helps you plan, prepare and track your batch cooking meals: menus, shopping list, guided cooking, digital fridge, storage tips. Some features may change. We may modify or suspend the service for maintenance.
3. Your account
You must be at least 15 years old (13 in the United States). You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and the confidentiality of your access. You can delete your account at any time from the app.
4. Subscription and free trial
Part of the app is free (browsing recipes, building a menu). Premium features (guided cooking, full recipe steps, quantities and nutrition values) require a subscription.
The annual subscription starts with a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at the price shown at purchase. The monthly subscription has no trial.
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your iPhone settings under Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policy.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Since purchases are made through the App Store, the request is made to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). If you ask to use the service immediately, this right may be limited by law for the part already used.
6. Legal guarantee of conformity
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by consumer law for digital content and services, regardless of any commercial guarantee.
7. Recipes, allergies and food safety
Recipes, storage times, temperatures and allergen notes are provided for guidance. Nonnio cannot guarantee the absence of allergen traces in the products you buy: always check the labels. Follow hygiene rules (cool quickly, keep cold, reheat thoroughly). Guidance varies by country: in the United States, the USDA recommends eating cooked leftovers within 4 days; in France, the ANSES recommends eating homemade leftovers within 3 days, and within 48 hours for rice, pasta or semolina dishes, soups and purées. Nonnio does not replace medical or dietary advice.
8. Photos and estimates
Dish photos are illustrative and may differ from the dish you prepare. Price, time, savings and calorie estimates are approximate.
9. Intellectual property
The app and its content (recipes, texts, illustrations, mascot, brand) are protected. You have a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use; any copying or reuse without permission is prohibited.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, try to access data that is not yours, or copy or resell it.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damages or for how you use the recipes and tips. This does not limit the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
12. Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account in case of abuse.
13. Users in the United States
If you live in the United States, the following also applies.
- Warranty disclaimer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
- Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher's total liability to you for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. The publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
- Disputes. Please contact us first at contact@nonnio.com: we will try to resolve any issue within 30 days. Nothing prevents you from bringing a claim in small claims court or from using the rights your state's consumer protection laws give you.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. The price, billing period and how to cancel are shown in section 4 and in the app before you purchase. Any price change is announced in advance through Apple.
- Apple. These terms are between you and the publisher, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app.
- California residents. Under California Civil Code section 1789.3, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.
- Export. You may not use the app in violation of U.S. export or sanctions laws.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of your country of residence (for example, your U.S. state's consumer protection laws).
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the app or the law changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. For important changes, we will notify you in the app at least 30 days before they take effect, unless the law requires faster action. If you keep using Nonnio after that date, you accept the new terms; otherwise you can stop using the app and delete your account, and the previous terms keep applying to your current subscription until it ends.
